Permitted use
Use Expenu to manage your own or your organisation’s expenses and related workspace data in accordance with the Terms and applicable law.
Prohibited use
Do not attempt unauthorised access to other workspaces, accounts, or systems.
Do not probe, scan, or overload the service in a way that degrades availability (except authorised security research coordinated with us via /contact).
Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or content you lack rights to process.
Do not use AI features to generate or distribute unlawful content, or to bypass confirm-first controls.
Do not misrepresent Expenu as providing certified financial, tax, or legal advice.
Do not reverse engineer the service except where mandatory law allows.
API and automation
Automations must respect authentication, workspace scope, and rate limits. Do not share API credentials publicly.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected abuse, remove content we reasonably believe violates this policy, and suspend or terminate access. Report abuse via /contact.
