Subscription & Billing Policy
Describes how Expenu handles (or does not yet handle) subscriptions and payments. Commercial rates and a payment provider are not published.
Aligned with apps/marketing pricing catalog: billingProvider null; monthly/yearly amounts null.
No billing provider today
The marketing pricing catalog explicitly sets billingProvider to null. Plan cards compare capabilities; they do not charge cards or create invoices through Expenu.
Sign-up CTAs open the product registration flow. “Contact sales” uses the marketing lead form — not a checkout.
Plan labels
Personal, Family, and Office describe workspace capability sets already present in the product. They are not paid SKUs with enforced seat metres in a billing system yet.
Taxes and invoices
No Expenu-issued subscription invoices or tax documents are generated by a billing integration today. Do not expect automated GST/VAT invoices from a nonexistent checkout.
Future updates
When a payment processor and published prices launch, this policy will cover renewal, failed payment handling, plan changes, and customer obligations. Until then, treat /pricing as capability comparison only.
