These terms describe acceptable use of the Expenu marketing site and product web application as they exist today. Commercial subscription terms are not active while billing is unpublished.

Agreement
By accessing Expenu websites or creating an account, you agree to these Terms with 9VN Communication Pvt Ltd (SCR 201, 3rd Floor, 150 Meters from Venus Inn Restaurant, Towards Mausima Flyover, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751009).
If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Services
Expenu provides a browser-based expense and workspace finance application (accounts, ledger, budgets, imports, reports, optional AI features), optional native desktop installers for macOS, Windows, and Linux, an Android app on Google Play when published, and a marketing site describing those capabilities.
An iOS App Store listing and installable PWAs are not offered yet. Desktop installers are distributed from Expenu’s public desktop releases page; Android is distributed via Google Play when a live listing exists.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the data you enter into workspaces you control.
Workspace membership and roles control access. Do not attempt to access another tenant’s data.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy (/acceptable-use). We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or legal requirement.
AI features
Optional AI features propose or narrate; they do not replace your confirmation for ledger writes. Outputs are not guaranteed financial, tax, or legal advice. See /ai-policy.
Fees and billing
No payment processor is wired and commercial prices are not published on /pricing. There is no paid subscription checkout in the product today. When billing launches, /billing and /refund will be updated — until then, do not assume paid-plan terms.
Intellectual property
Expenu branding, software, and site content remain owned by their respective owners. You retain ownership of data you submit; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it to provide the service.
Disclaimers
Services are provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that AI outputs are error-free. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded; any remaining liability is limited to amounts you paid us for the service in the prior twelve months — which may be zero while the product is free of charge.

Changes
